Post-harvest, they undergo a thorough washing and are rapidly dried at low temperatures to lock in their maximum nutritive value and prevent decay.

The most crucial active component of the Goji fruit is Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides (LBP), renowned for their health benefits.
